The front door leads to a small hall way with open plan
stairs to first floor and a ground floor archway leading
to a bright, comfortable living room.

Le Grenier has a modern well-equipped
kitchen ‘American’ with gas cooker with oven,
fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and
sufficient utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery to
prepare and feed an army!
From the living room through to a spacious
double bedroom (2 single beds) and tiled ramp to the
toilet with a roomy high pressure shower and vanity unit
and separate toilet

There
are electric convector radiators in all rooms, comfortable
seating, large farmhouse table seat 8+ persons,and a t.v. for
use with video, books and games all add to your comfort.
The gite also includes:-
Fold-up single bed, cot, high chair, buggy, changing mat,
baby bath. |

A table
and 4 chairs with large parasol are outside the front door
for that early morning cup of tea/coffee in the sun or
late night drink on a balmy summer evening.
To the side is the large garden with
a brick B.B.Q. and a gazebo shading a garden table and chairs
for those meals ' al fresco.’
The large swimming pool, 30ft x 15 ft x 4ft deep, is above ground
and can only be entered by the step ladder, therefore making
it safe for young children and comes within the new European
2004 swimming pool safety regulations. |
