The lounge area has a very comfortable 3 piece suite which is arranged around the log burner in the fire place and T.V.that has all the English free view channels, d.v.d, video, and radio/ cassette/ C.D. player.
There is a well equipped kitchen ‘american’ with large cooker, dishwasher and all utensils, cutlery and dishes to feed an army! and large dining table with seating for at least 8.

A further room to the back contains the tall larder fridge, chest deepfreeze and washing machine and leads to the roomy shower/toilet room, stairs to the bedrooms and a door out to the private garden.
Upstairs is a double en-suite bedroom and a twin single with plenty of room in both to add a further single,or fold-up bed, and a mezzanine with a double sofa bed

Private parking is in the drive alongside the house.

All rooms have electric convector heaters.

All prices are inclusive except for fuel for the log burner.

Logs can be purchased by prior arrangement.
